Pendle Farm is complete. Our new homes are now at Birchley Fold, Silsden.

Our new homes are at Birchley Fold, on the rise between Silsden and Kildwick, where seven detached homes back onto open fields with views across the Yorkshire countryside. Each has 4 or 5 bedrooms and is built in natural Yorkshire stone. You can talk to our Sales Advisor about them at our pop-up show home in The Earnshaw, at The Carriages, Oxenhope, open Thursday to Monday, 10:30am to 5pm.

Pendle Farm is a ...

Thoughtful touches>

  • We planned Pendle Farm around its far-reaching, panoramic views across open countryside
  • We rebuilt Butcher’s Barn, dating from around 1630, as five homes, keeping its original features and its own stone
  • We built in random stone alongside the original barn stone, so old and new blend as one
  • We finished the roofs in slate
  • We used estate-style fencing throughout

Lifestyle

Village Pubs, Worsthorne
A village with a peaceful heart, perfectly placed for modern living.

Worsthorne is a picturesque village with a warm, welcoming feel. Its stone cottages, leafy lanes, and village green give it a timeless character, while its friendly community makes it a place people are proud to call home. At the heart of the village, The Bay Horse Inn, dating back to 1899, serves what we can personally vouch for as amazing food, and the traditional village shop has just about everything you could need. Together, they reflect the charm and convenience of this close-knit village.
