The Alders is complete. Our new homes in Skipton are now at The Oaks.

Our final homes in Skipton are at The Oaks: new homes on the quieter side of town, between Skibeden Beck and open green space. Our show home is open Thursday to Monday, 10:30am to 5pm.

The Alders is a community of 98 homes on Aldersley Avenue, Skipton, in the town where our business began. Thank you to everyone who has made it home.

Thoughtful touches>

  • We gave a large development the feel of a much smaller one: a mix of homes, along a main road that curves gently so the view keeps unfolding
  • We chose one warm palette to tie every street together: soft green front doors and light grey windows
  • We partnered with the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust to plant more trees
  • Our site team earned three LABC Bricks awards, given by LABC Warranty for the care and quality its inspectors found as each home was built
